What we collect

RoofQuote Flow stores account details supplied during sign-in and payment, company setup information, and homeowner request details submitted through a contractor’s public form.

How information is used

We use this information to provide the request form, contractor inbox, billing, support, security and service administration. We do not sell personal information or promise to generate leads.

Who receives homeowner requests

Homeowner details are made available to the roofing company named on the form so it can respond. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Contractors can delete individual requests from their inbox. Account and transaction records may be kept where required for security, accounting or legal compliance.
