The service

RoofQuote Flow provides a homeowner request form and a private contractor inbox for organizing and following up on submitted enquiries. It is not an emergency service, roofing contractor, estimator or source of guaranteed leads.

Subscription and cancellation

The service costs $99 USD per month plus applicable tax. Payment is charged at purchase and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Customers can manage billing and cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues as shown by the billing provider.

30-day first-payment refund

If you decide RoofQuote Flow is not useful for your business, email hrannar@roofquoteinbox.com within 30 days of your first purchase and we will issue a full refund of your initial subscription payment through our payment provider. No explanation is required. This guarantee applies to the first payment only; later renewal payments are not included. A refund does not itself cancel future renewals, so you should also cancel the subscription through the customer portal if you do not wish to continue.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their company information, lawful handling of homeowner details, account access and all communication or work performed in response to requests.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be updated to maintain security, reliability or legal compliance.
